Best. Vet. In Charleston. I had such a positive experience at Patrick Vet and have already recommended them to friends. My cat got dental work done and they were much more affordable than my old vet. My old vet quoted me over 6x the price of Patrick Vet. The team was fantastic and you can tell they really love animals. This is definitely my new vet from now on.

Had the BEST experience with taking another furry family member to Patrick Veterinary Clinic! From the first visit, to surgery, to follow-up visit, my sweet Sushi girl was in amazing care. Thank you to Dr Mann and Dr Bolin along with the Awesome vet techs that showed so much love and compassion for my sweet girl! She has healed nicely and have so much respect for this practice! This is my neighborhood vet that I’ve been going to for years. They take good care of my two little house tigers and seem genuine in loving what they do! Great staff and fast in and out service.

Patrick Veterinary Clinic is outstanding! The technicians are compassionate and always go above and beyond to make me and my nervous pug feel comfortable. Dr. Paul Patrick and Dr. Matthew Patrick are the kindest and most caring veterinarians you could hope for. Their expertise, compassion, and genuine love for animals shine through at every appointment. Update!! Paige called to check Sandie for an update! I adore everyone in the office!! Thank you! Whoop 🙌🏼 Woooooweeeee! Talk about feeling the love! Thank you to James for the welcome, Morgan for the run down and the very kind vet that examined Sandie. We returned to drop Sandie off for her procedure, we were greeted by the awesome James! The rundown was given by Giana and Sandie was in good hands. I was called after Sandie had her procedure to let me know all went according to plan and Sandie was doing grand. Later, I called and received a voicemail. Shortly after the voicemail, I received a text stated that the staff was in a meeting and will gladly accept calls shortly. I called back at the appropriate time and spoke to the very kind Brooke. I let her know my husband would be picking Sandie up that afternoon. I cannot sing loud enough to exclaim how the customer service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and the care of my pup was outstanding. Thank you staff for an EXCELLENT experience!! I hope you know how appreciated YOU are!!

Our experience at Patrick Veterinary Clinic was great! The staff were friendly and patient and were so kind to our puppy. They answered all our questions (and we had a lot of questions) and didn’t make us feel rushed. Highly recommend!! (Pictured is a tired but happy Dan!)

I love Patrick Vet! For the 6.5 years i’ve been in Charleston, they’ve taken great care of my family, helping me manage a variety of health concerns for 3 pets (cat with urinary issues, german shepherd through old age, and a rowdy young hound mix.) The team is fast, friendly, communicative & everyone seems genuinely happy. I have a hard time keeping up with appointments, refills, etc. & can get overwhelmed by seemingly easy errands/tasks. I am very happy to report that vet care is one corner of my life I never have to stress over - this team makes everything SO easy. THANKS PATRICK VET TEAM I LOVE YALL!

I've been bringing one of my cats, Momiji, in for treatment at Patrick Vet for a few months now. Dr. Evans has been working with us to manage his thyroid condition and overall health, and her and the team have been great. Every detail is communicated, I'm given all our options and what the costs may be, and I feel like an active participant in my cat's care. Since we've been at Patrick Vet, Momo has become stable on his thyroid meds and even gained some weight. I'm very hopeful that he'll continue to do well, and I'm looking forward to bringing in my other kitty, Naomi, for her next checkup. I did not want to lead with the sad story, but I first went to Patrick Vet when my late kitty, Meeko, needed a dental cleaning. We were able to get his teeth cleaned, but unfortunately, they found oral cancer, and we later had to let him go. The team at Patrick was so incredibly kind every step of the way, and knowing he was in loving care helped make the process and care afterward as easy as it could be. It was heartbreaking and we miss our sweet Meeko every day. In conclusion, I'm so glad I decided to bring my cats to Patrick Vet, and I know I can trust everyone there to treat them with the care and love they deserve. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in the area, especially if your budget is a factor. Vet care is so expensive anywhere you go, but I feel like I can finally afford it here. Thank you to everyone at Patrick for taking great care of my kitties!
